for the period you are asking for and to have response on the eventual questions about house
that you will need.
If the accommodation you've been asked for is available, the House Owner will stop other
booking negotiations for 5 days waiting for your confirm. For accept the House Rent Contract
it will be necessary to pay an advance of 20%-30% (depends of single house owner request, but
it is never more than 30%) of house rent price and exchange with house owner the House
Rent Contracts signed.
The balance of payment is to pay directly to the house owner when you come to apartment. The General House Rent Conditions will be indicated in the
Contract and they are usually the same as Conditions that
you can consult on our web site.
We will send you (for free) the indications to reach the apartment, with map (when
possible) and we will remain available for any question or information about travel in
Croatia you will need.
We always continue to check data and information about houses and apartments that we insert
on our web site. The most of them we saw in person and we are absolutely sure that they are as
shown and described in web pages.
If you would find on your arrival the accommodation different from information
indicated in the House Rent Contract, we will refund you the amount of advance that you payed
to the house owner (*).
(*) IMPORTANT: you must come in person in apartment you rent in date indicated in Contract and
complain by
the house owner about the differences between the Contract and "reality". It is important
and necessary to not start to use the accommodation even for a moment and to inform us by
telephone immediately and during the next 30 days send us an letter and describing what
was happened
If you will not be able to go on holiday and you will need to cancel the House Rent
Contract, please inform us as soon as possible and we will re-insert the accommodation in
the offer in our web site. If we find somebody to replace you, we will be able to refund you
the amount of advance that you payed to the house owner.
It takes about 7 days to check the house availability, exchange the House Rent Contracts,
pay money advance. The booking requests at less than 7 days from arrival in apartment we
prefer to not forward to the house owners.
During the last season all accommodations on our web site were occupied in July and
August until the end of May so if your intention is to make a holiday in this period, it's
better to hurry.
The house owners usually asking to book during the main tourist season the periods
from Saturday to Saturday. Anyway, we will forward them all requests, even with different
data, but it is much more probably that they will accept the reservation if the
period is Saturday/Saturday (our experience is that for two or free weeks, or more, they are
much more available to accept different periods)
