Prices are including the rent of the apartment,
electricity, gas and water, weekly change of bed-linen,
final cleaning on guest's departure. Tourist taxes of €1 daily for person are NOT INCLUDED.
For stay under 5 days prices are +30% increased. Pets
(where allowed) + 5 EUR daily.
July and August the minimum period of rent is 7 days.
